Hi! I'm Daniel Ivanov. I work in sports technology — video broadcasting, streaming, infrastructure. 10+ years in the industry.

Beyond my day job, I'm building my own products:

• Analytics platform for sports federations
• Next-gen push-to-talk for 24/7 teams (dispatchers, production, support)
• Volleyball simulator in Unity

I also work on school sports — helping launch sports programs and video broadcasting in schools. Kids, operations, equipment — all from scratch.
