What I build for federations

Built an analytics platform for basketball in 2 weeks.

22.7 million events. 27,500 games. 16,670 players. 8 seasons of data. Shot charts and scouting reports with a clean FIBA court, league comparisons, youth rankings.

How is that even possible in 2 weeks? Three things:

1. Claude Code (AI writes 80% of the code, I'm the architect + reviewer)
2. Next.js + PostgreSQL + materialized views (queries 27,000x faster after optimization)
3. 10+ years in sports — I know what coaches and scouts actually need

The platform is live. Two years ago this was impossible solo. AI is changing the game for architect-developers.
